The latest rumored specs include a 5.15-inch (AMOLED?) screen with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution. The Snapdragon 820 SoC is expected to be under the hood with a quad-core CPU and the Adreno 530 GPU. 4GB of RAM is said to be inside, with 32GB of expandable native storage. A 12MP Ultrapixel camera will adorn the back of the unit, and Android 6.0.1 will be pre-installed. We also expect to see a fingerprint scanner embedded in a front-facing home button. The USB Type-C port is rumored to be on board and the phone will reportedly support Quick Charge 3.0.
Besides the HTC 10, there have been rumors that HTC will be producing two Nexus handsets this year. Based on earlier reports, one of them could be a phablet with a 6-inch screen.
